What to Expect in a Private Session
We begin by talking about your intentions and any concerns you’d like to explore. With your permission, I connect with Spirit and your guides, then lead you through grounding tailored to you.
Through intuitive guidance, meditation, and energy work, we explore what feels blocked and invite greater clarity, balance, and connection with yourself.
Your 45- or 90-minute session includes a personalized recorded meditation you can return to for continued reflection and support.

Clearing the Soul’s Truth
30 minutes · $50
A focused introduction to energetic hygiene—a practice for tending to your emotional and spiritual well-being.
In my approach, we work with emotional energy that feels stuck or heavy, especially when you’re feeling disconnected or mentally clouded. With your permission, I draw on intuitive guidance to explore what may be ready for release, illumination, or alignment. Past-life impressions or symbolic connections to the past may arise during the work.

Energy Clearing & Connection
45 minutes · $250
An individual session that combines energy work with learning to recognize your own connection.
We begin with what brings you here. With your permission, I connect with Spirit and your guides, sharing the impressions, colors, and patterns I perceive. I guide you through grounding or meditation so you can participate, notice your own sensations, and explore what changes for you.
Depending on what emerges, we may focus on clearing, balancing your energy centers, or releasing connections to old experiences. You leave with a grounding or energy practice to continue at home.

In-Depth Energy Clearing & Exploration
90 minutes · $350
Everything offered in the 45-minute session, with more time to listen, explore, and work together.
We can include Clearing the Soul’s Truth, guided past-life exploration, and a closer look at recurring emotional or spiritual patterns. With your permission, I invite guidance from your higher self while making room for your questions and what you’re experiencing.
We follow what feels relevant to you, at a pace that allows for understanding and integration. Some concerns need ongoing attention; we focus on what we can meaningfully address within our time together.
You leave with a personalized practice to support your continued connection and growth.
